Concept

This seminar will give you an insight into UNO. Over the course of two semesters, participants receive coaching by experienced members ofthe student association MUN Bern, training in international negotiations by Professor Addor and Mrs. Rüegsegger, workshops including rhetoric and international politics and MUN simulations. The coaching and workshops prepare students for the successful participation in a MUN Conference.

Events & Evaluation

The table of events (you'll find it under events) lists the events of the seminar. In order to receive credit points (5 ECTS-credits), you must attend the 7 events in bold script as well as the one-day-simulationCapitalMUN.

The evaluation will be based on students’ preparation, presentation and commitment in the one-day-simulation (CapitalMUN, 50%) and on their written Position Paper for said simulation (50%). Participation in an external conference is voluntary and not required for a successful completion of the seminar.
